Praying for Early Reappearance

Praying for early reappearance of Imam Mahdi (atf) is so important that Imam Sadiq (a.s.) said: Whoever says after Fajr and Zuhr prayers, 'O Allah, shower blessings upon Muhammad and upon his family, and hasten their reappearance', he will not die until he has realized the advent of Qaim (name of Imam Mahdi). Praying for early reappearance has been and is the permanent prayer of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), the Infallible Imams (a.s.) and angels. Those who aspire to see the sap of creation and be in his company, take recourse to praying for his early reappearance because they believe in the effect of supplication and invocation on the closeness of the Awaited Imam (a.s.). The prayers of Bani Israel (children of Israel) was accepted and Prophet Musa (a.s.) was appointed as prophet 170 years sooner than the determined time whereas, in the nation of the Prophet of Islam (pbuh), the promised Imam (atf) himself insists on reappearance and is endeavoring secretly to pave the ground for his coming.
